MyRishta Child Safety Standards
MyRishta is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
MyRishta does not permit the use of its platform to create, upload, share, request, distribute, or promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any behavior that sexually exploits or endangers children.
Any content or behavior involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of children is strictly prohibited on MyRishta.
1. Prohibited Child Safety Violations
MyRishta strictly prohibits any activity involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, including but not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
- Creation, upload, possession, request, or distribution of CSAM.
- Sexual solicitation or exploitation of minors.
- Grooming or attempts to groom children for sexual purposes.
- Sexual communication or interactions involving minors.
- Sextortion or threats involving minors.
- Trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of children.
- Any attempt to facilitate or encourage child exploitation.
2. User Reporting
Users can report profiles, messages, content, or behavior that they believe violates MyRishta's child safety standards.
Users should report suspected child safety violations immediately using the reporting functionality available within the MyRishta application or by contacting our child safety contact below.
3. Action on Reports
MyRishta takes reports concerning child safety seriously. When we become aware of content or behavior that violates our child safety standards, we may take appropriate action, which can include:
- Removing prohibited content.
- Restricting or suspending accounts.
- Permanently terminating accounts.
- Preserving relevant information where legally required.
- Cooperating with appropriate law enforcement or authorities when required by applicable law.
4. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
MyRishta strictly prohibits CSAM and any content that sexually exploits or abuses children.
If MyRishta obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or other child sexual exploitation content on its platform, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with our policies and applicable laws.
5. Age and Child Safety
MyRishta is committed to preventing minors from accessing dating and matchmaking functionality where required by applicable laws and Google Play policies.
Users must provide accurate information about their age and must not misrepresent their age in order to access MyRishta services.
6. Cooperation With Authorities
MyRishta will cooperate with appropriate law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities when required by applicable law in connection with child sexual abuse, exploitation, or other serious child safety concerns.
